Does your order not match your expectations? Is it the wrong size, does it contain a manufacturing defect or is there another reason why you would like to exchange or return (part of) your order? No problem! You are able to exchange or return the item within 14 days of receipt (1st delivery attempt). 

How does this work? It's very simple! State on the enclosed packing slip what you want me to do with it (exchange, credit code or a refund) and add this packing slip to the products you wish to send back. Please note! Returns without an enclosed packing slip cannot be processed!

In addition, the following applies:

  • Discounted products (from 30% discount) can only be exchanged or get a credit code (no refund).
  • Discounted products (with 70% discount) are not eligible for exchange, credit code or refunds.
  • The item may not have been worn.
  • The item may not be damaged.
  • Items with make-up stains (for instance) will not be accepted for return.
  • Beauty products, lingerie and earrings are not accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Returning products takes place at the customer's expense and responsibility.
  • After receiving your return shipment, I will refund the purchase amount no later than the 7th day via the payment method chosen by you during the order. Depending on your bank, the refund will be visible in your account either the same day or 1-2 days later.

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or colour?

Then this is what you do:

  • On the enclosed packing slip, state which other size or colour you would like to receive.

In addition, the following applies:

  • You can only exchange an item once with free shipping and after an exchange you can no longer opt for a refund.
  • Purchases cannot be exchanged for different products. If you want a completely different product, order the desired product via our website and return the other article, see the text above under the heading Returns.
  • If an item that is discounted (from 30%) is no longer available in a different colour or size, you will receive a discount code (including free shipping). You can then use this to buy something else. You will not receive a refund.

If an item is damaged or we have delivered the wrong item, please send an
email as soon as possible with your name, order number and the item with which something has gone wrong.

I will immediately send you a return label and check the stock to see if I can still send the correct item. If that is not possible, you can exchange it for another item.

Would you prefer a refund (if the correct item is no longer available)? Also no problem! No later than the 7th day after your return shipment, I will refund the amount via the same payment method you used during your order! In this case, the costs for the return shipment are of course for my account!
